During the intake session the client will get a brief orientation regarding the therapeutic procedure. This first meeting allows the client to form a request to therapy. The therapist collects additional information regarding the client’s life and, together with the client, discusses and decides the most suitable and personalized therapeutic plan.
After the intake session the client is ready to proceed to therapy. The number of sessions variates depending on the challenges that the individual faces.
End of Therapy: Therapy comes to an end when the client feels that his/her request has been fulfilled and he/she no longer experiences those challenges.
